Prudential groups

Creating, joining and leaving mutual insurance groups (SGAM, UMG, SGAPS)

The firm supports the creation of a prudential group, affiliation to an existing group or exit from a group: articles of the parent entity, affiliation agreements, governance rules proportionate to each member's contribution, financial solidarity mechanism and its calibration.

The legal work rests on projections: each governance rule and each solidarity commitment is quantified in its effects on the solvency of the parent entity and of each affiliate.
