Documented analysis
The firm handles eight assignments per year. Working with the actuarial function and technical teams, we define the scope of the report and gather the necessary data, calculation methods and results. We explain the assumptions used, data limitations and matters requiring particular attention.
A report that supports governance
We draft a summary of the work, findings and recommendations, supported by the underlying technical analysis. The report explains changes in provisions and the implications for underwriting and reinsurance, and tracks earlier recommendations.
Discussions with audit and risk committees
We prepare presentation materials and take part in discussions with the audit committee and risk committee, or a committee combining both roles. We explain the conclusions, answer questions and incorporate feedback before finalising the report and presenting it to the relevant governing bodies.
